This number is answered by a real person whenever possible, however during busy periods, it will be "auto-answered" by a computer! You will be offered 4 choices including "Hold for the Operator". It is not advisable to hold for the operator as the operator is busy! If you do hold, you will be entertained by a monotonous "beep-beep" for up to 45 seconds at which time all the telephones that are not busy will ring and you will be rescued! The other 3 choices are: Press 1 for Service. Choose this option if you do have a maintenance agreement with us, and have a fault you would like to log, or an IT related problem you would like to discuss. If the Service department is busy you will be redirected to the Service Administrator's voicemail. Leave a message and you will be called back as soon as someone is available. Press 2 for Sales. Choose this option if you do not have a maintenance agreement with us, and have a fault you would like to log, or an IT related problem you would like to discuss. Choose this option if you would like a quotation for product supply & installation, or for a maintenance or support agreement. If the Sales department is busy you will be redirected to the Sales Administrator's voicemail. Leave a message and you will be called back as soon as someone is available. Press 3 for Accounts. Choose this option only if you have an accounts related enquiry. Do not use this option if the other departments are busy and you don't like leaving messages! If the Accounts department is busy you will be redirected to the Accounts Administrator's voicemail. Leave a message and you will be called back as soon as someone is available. It is advisable to use department direct dial telephone numbers.
